CA Raghav Somani, Chartered Accountant

With 7+ years of diverse experience across startups, corporates, and consulting, Raghav Somani founded Capital Companion with a simple yet powerful vision — to make finance practical, strategic, and growth-focused.

He has worked at firms like KPMG, BDO, and Pepperfry, led financial reporting (IFRS/Ind AS), FP&A, ERP migrations, and investor MIS, and helped businesses prepare for IPO, audits, and funding rounds.

Raghav’s work spans manufacturing, D2C, and tech-led ventures, where he's delivered results in working capital optimization, foreign fund inflows, loan syndication, and successful audits.

Beyond consulting, he is passionate about coaching traders and professionals, simplifying complex finance, and building tools that empower better decisions.
